    I am committed to the Vision, Mission, Culture and success of Aged Foot Care, its current and future team, and the wellbeing of our patients at all times.

    I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes and own everything that takes place in my work and my life. I am accountable for my results
  3. Integrity
    I always speak the truth, even when it would seem easier not to.
  4. Excellence
    I always deliver services to the very best of my ability. I look for ways to do more than what is expected of me because I realize this is the quickest way for me and our team to grow.
  5. Communication
    I understand the power of communication and will speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation. I always apologize for any upsets first and then look for a solution. I will reply to verbal and written communications ASAP or at the very least within 24 hours.
  6. Reliability
    I will arrive at work on time and only ever make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements immediately.
  7. Empathy
    I will do whatever is reasonable to help enhance the life of my patients. I understand that emotional comfort is just as beneficial as physical comfort and as such I will endeavor to communicate with my patients at all times. I will respect their feelings and treat them as I would wish to be treated.  I will always greet and farewell people using their name.
  8. Team Work
    I am a team player and team leader. I am flexible in my work and able to change if what I'm doing is not working. I ask for help when I need it and I am compassionate to others who ask me. I understand I am part of a team and will support my teammates by consistently doing what is expected of me.
  9. Systems
    I always look to the system for a solution. If a challenge arises I use a system correction before I look for a people correction. I use a system solution in my innovation rather than a people solution. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced. I suggest system improvements that are both simple yet effective at my first opportunity.
  10. Gratitude
    I am a truly grateful person. I say thank you and show appreciation often and in many ways, so that all around me know how much I appreciate everything and everyone I have in my life.
  11. Innovation
    I will always look to improve our business by applying lessons learned from life and other sectors. I realize that innovation leads to growth and if our business is not growing, it is dying.
